\ud83d\udccc Target customers are either using a competitor\u2019s product\/service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc Customers are resistant to changing their current practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc Customers don\u2019t understand or dislike your product\/service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of the above represent a \u201cchange\u201d for the customer. A successful change requires change management.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change management has been effectively implemented for \u201cinternal stakeholders for years\u201d. However, for external stakeholders (customers), founders often prioritize sales (understandably).
