I even got a company to send us a free sample (worth $300), and trust me when I say: this is super rare with the Chinese!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I did all of that using \u201c<strong>\u0643\u062a\u0627\u0628\u0629 \u0628\u064e\u064a\u0639\u064a\u0651\u0629<\/strong>\u201d!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">But how can you practically use this skill to form profitable partnerships &amp; export more products (or start exporting in the 1st place)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Assuming you have a killer product, you\u2019ve conducted your competitive analysis and market research, and your business model is set, you\u2019re now ready to align your business model canvas with a content strategy. I\u2019ll create a brochure to help you with that in the next articles, don\u2019t worry. Then, you can move on to copywriting for different channels, including email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><em>People work with people. Avoid direct translations that might sound awkward or even offensive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consider the cultural norms of your target audience when choosing your tone. Some cultures prefer a more formal tone, while others are more informal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These can be difficult to translate and may not have the same meaning in another culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the core values and beliefs of your target culture. This will help you create messaging that resonates with them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Steer clear of stereotypes and generalizations about the target culture. This can be offensive and alienate your audience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose images that are culturally appropriate and respectful. Avoid using images that may be offensive or misunderstood in another culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Familiarize yourself with local business customs and etiquette. This includes things like greeting practices, gift-giving, and negotiation styles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be mindful of time zones when scheduling meetings or sending emails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid scheduling important events or campaigns during religious or cultural holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Now, you\u2019re ready to write emails!!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Writing emails for the purpose of selling (persuading) should not be taken lightly. You don\u2019t want to sound \u201csalesy\u201d, \u201c scammy\u201d, or \u201cjust like every other product or service provider\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You also need to understand that emails need to be a \u201csequence\u201d. Each email is triggered by the target customer doing an action (opening an email, clicking a link, downloading the attachment, or replying).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ytcopywriter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/screenshot-2024-11-07-134908.png?w=222\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2027\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For \u201ccopywriting\u201d, I advise you to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a unique series of 4-5 emails for each stage of the sales cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For each target customer (buyer persona), write a different \u201ctemplate\u201d and share them with your whole team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on which stage of the sales cycle you\u2019re writing for, include the unique selling points of your products\/services, how it can help the customer in this specific segment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ADD VALUE. The target customer needs to benefit from your emails. So always, even when you\u2019re selling, aim to add value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep developing the copy. Artificial intelligence is a tool that helps you write content. Even us \u201ccopywriters\u201d use it everyday!!&nbsp; But like any tool out there, you have to learn how to use it and apply it in your daily life for it to help you. A machine is not a human, and in order to persuade a human, you need to WRITE LIKE ONE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid sending attachments in the 1st few emails (until you build trust).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udde9 \ud83e\udde9 \ud83e\udde9 \ud83e\udde9 \ud83e\udde9 \ud83e\udde9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For \u201cbusiness writing\u201d, I advise you to:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Depending on the culture of the people you\u2019re talking to, consider transforming from cold to warm (personal)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always: balance between assertiveness and empathy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is a misunderstanding in correspondence (especially in the beginning), simply pick up the phone and resolve the issue.
