This is a personal project where I’ve written a comprehensive manual to teach fresh grads and employees to make a career shift, regardless of their educational background or previous work experience.
Process:
Throughout my eight years of experience in various firms and as a freelancer, I have cultivated a wealth of expertise. I have applied this experience by coaching and guiding individuals in finding their footing during career shifts. This hands-on work has given me the knowledge to create this informative, step-by-step guide for a successful career transition!
Impact & Deliverables
This manual is part of an initiative that I launched in November 2023 and concluded in August 2024. I delivered over 60 free career counseling sessions to struggling career changers.
