Engineering manufacturers & distributers
⌗ Your technical and sales teams have their hands full with clients, leaving little time to focus on your digital presence.
⌗ With the complexity of technical products, it’s quite hard to find marketers (copywriters, content strategists…etc.) who can comprehend and communicate these complex terms effectively.
⌗ You know that even with representatives in other countries, you still need to generate organic demand for your products to help them reach end users; but you either don’t have the time for it or don’t know where to start.

⌗ Your products often have long sales cycles (months, even years), and your stakeholders are diverse: technical site managers, engineers, and non-technical purchasing and bid officers. Creating and implementing a content strategy across multiple channels to engage them all is a real challenge.
⌗ There is little to no alignment between sales and marketing efforts, making the sales cycle even longer and the sales team’s job much harder.
Lucky for you, I’ve been on both sides!
🟦 I’ve been on-site with engineers for maintenance visits at local substations, and I’ve been in the office writing copy for social media platforms! My degree in Electrical Engineering was followed by international business development certifications, allowing me to understand the business side of things and write copy that actually sells!
🟦 I wrote reports, submitted quotes, proposals, and tenders (both E & A). I also crafted cold email scripts that persuaded dozens of international companies into partnerships; securing thousands of dollars in bid bonds!
🟦 I’m a multi-passionate copywriter with a proven track record across various industries, including Tech, Medical, Retail, and more. Check my portfolio, here!
🟦 I speak (and write) in English, Arabic, and currently learning Spanish (if this is relevant regarding your expansion to other countries)

A $1 million problem solved with a $10 fix💵
Back in my engineering days, I witnessed a frustrating problem on-site. A manufacturer was receiving constant defect reports from a client (everything pointed to a faulty product)!
But after investigating, the truth was simpler: the product worked perfectly. The real issue? The technicians on-site didn’t know how to use it. The manuals were in English & another foreign language (useless to the people actually handling the equipment). The solution? Translating the manuals and rewriting them in a simpler way that made sense for the technicians!
Once that was done, the reports stopped. No more complaints. No product replacements. Just smooth operations. This is the power of clear, effective communication. When the right people get the right information in the right way @ the right time, problems disappear; saving time, money, and frustration.
And that’s exactly what I do for engineering manufacturers and distributors!
Product Types I’m “comfortable” around:

Substation Components (Switchgears, RMUs, Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Isolators, capacitor banks etc.)

Electrical Components for Industrial and Residential Use (Sockets, wiring devices, Electrical Panels, Plugs, etc.)

Renewable Energy Systems (PV Panels, Motors, Switchboards, Inverters, etc.)
