A user-generated content campaign (UGC) that can be used for “building trust” & “reputation improvement”. I have created this campaign from the perspective of a copywriter and a Careem customer & fan!

● Intro: While things may not always go as planned or be flawless, Careem is there to handle challenges and deliver solutions. It’s about acknowledging that perfection isn’t realistic, but the service and care provided by Careem are still top-notch despite any imperfections. It speaks to the brand’s authenticity and reliability—showing that they focus on making things right when mistakes happen.
